Kyle Yoo is in charge of Mirae Law’s New Jersey office.  His main practice areas include corporate law, employment law, complex civil disputes, and immigration.

Attorney Yoo has represented top Korean companies’ U.S. subsidiaries of various sizes in connection with corporate governance & compliance, a variety of commercial agreements, and business disputes. Attorney Yoo also ardently represents individuals in need of legal assistance with immigration issues. Prior to joining Mirae Law’s New Jersey office, he had an abundance of legal experience in the areas of business law and tax matters as well as complex civil litigation. Attorney Yoo takes pride in providing seamless and sophisticated advice to his clients and always strives to surpass his clients’ expectations.   

 

Originally born in South Korea, Attorney Yoo graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law (JD).  Before pursuing his legal career, Attorney Yoo was an interior architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, an internationally known architectural firm, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  Attorney Yoo and his wife have one lovely daughter, and they currently live in a town of New Jersey that has a great Manhattan view.
